It is best to choose one that is rarely used so as to not affect general production, or just save it as something else like "DWF Publish Template.DWG"Ģ) Open the drawing and hit "PLOT". Thanks for the help people, but after trawling through various message boards and blogs and lots of time playing/breaking Mechanical I have the solution.ġ) Choose any drawing but remember which it is and where it is saved. Basically I am after a program that will save me having to check out all the drawings individually, assign a plot style, saving the drawing and then checking it back in again to produce the DWF. Just to add fuel to the fire, even if you go into the vault and select them all and check them out then back in again the DWF isn't being produced as there is no plot information saved to the drawings as well.

The biggest problem I am having is if I put all our DWG's (25956 at last count) into the vault none of our production team can access them to print. We also are in the process of implementing Vault as well. > We have recently done a major overhaul of our design software to a combination of Inventor and Mechanical. Since the source code is supplied, you might be able to modify it. If not the whole thing, at least a part of it might apply to you.
